We offer a telehealth evaluation, so your child can complete
the Autism evaluation from the comfort of your home!

Schedule your evaluation.
Use our automated system to give us information about yourself. Choose a date and time that works for your Telehealth appointment.

Begin the evaluation on your own.
Before the evaluation, we will send you an email with a questionnaire specific to Autism, a link to our video chat software, and a link to our test of attention.

- Access to a computer with Google Chrome for the test of attention—can be a desktop or laptop, but not a phone, tablet, or Chromebook.
- A secondary device with a camera for the face-to-face interview.

Complete the evaluation with the team.
At your appointment time, you’ll click the link to our Telehealth software and take the test of attention. After completing the test, you will have a comprehensive interview about your symptoms with the psychologist.

Reach your goals.
After your appointment, you will receive a letter with your diagnosis. Once your final report is complete, we will send it to you.
